1-Day Instructor-Led Workshop

This workshop features a full day of learning by an expert facilitator who will lead participants through exercises, activities, and group discussion. 

Prework: 30 Minutes of Prep — Participants will read a thought-provoking article and discuss in class. 

Why: We provide a solid rationale based on behavioral science research to support the program learning objectives.

Try: Using a variety of classroom activities that include case studies, role plays, reflection and small group discussion, participants practice and receive feedback on their skill development.

Apply: It's critical to take the newly acquired skills to the job. We prepare participants to apply the concepts and skills they developed to their day-to-day reality.

Three 2-Hour Live Virtual Sessions

We know it's not always possible to have participants attend in person, so we've crafted a virtual experience to ensure all managers can benefit from this program.

We recommend three 2-hour sessions.
